When will a proof be sent?

Items with custom text or custom images will have a proof available for approval or rejections. All items that will receive a proof will have this noted on the product page.

Watch for your proof

A proof will be sent within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please watch your email for communication on how to approve your proof. If you haven’t received a proof within 2 days, check your junk email folder. If it is not there reach out to Admin@heartsandhomefrontdesigns@gmail.com.  

What Happens if a proof is not approved or rejected?

For most items if proof not approved or rejected within 2 business days will be considered to be approved As-Is. This will keep your item from being held up if you forget to check for your proof. For most items, the proof is more of a curtesy to show you what it will look like since the text is copied directly from what you enter.

Items that will not be printed without approval

Customized designs will not be printed without an approval. This will be stated on the product page. If we do not received an approval within 2 business days, we will send out two more requests. After 2 full calendar weeks with no communication from you, the buyer, the order will be canceled. A refund will be issued minus the set up fee listed on the product page. If you received a quantity discount and a free set up due to a quantity discount, the original set up fee will be what is held back from the refund.

what happens if the proof is rejected?

When you reject a proof you will be asked for additional information about what needs changed. Please check your emails in case extra information is requested or if we request a phone call for more difficult issues. Another proof will be provided for you within 2 business days of us getting the information we need to make the changes you want. The process then starts over again. Delays in approval and rejections will increase the time it takes to receive your item.

Cancelations on Receipt of Proof

You may decide to cancel an order after receiving a proof. However, for items that did not indicate a setup fee on the product page, there will be a $2.00 set up fee subtracted from the refund. For Custom Designs, a set up fee is noted on the product page, the set up fee stated will be subtracted from the refund for these items.
